How do the three chamber options differ?
The 8 L chamber is Ø170 × 320 mm, the 12 L chamber is Ø200 × 360 mm and the 18 L chamber is Ø245 × 355 mm. Their cabinet dimensions and operating functions are the same; select capacity around the intended instruments, trays and batch size.
Is a 5-minute hold the complete cycle time?
No. The 134 °C program lists a 5-minute sterilization hold. Heating, pressure changes and any other cycle phases add time. Request full-cycle information for the actual load and configuration.
How should I select the capacity?
Compare the actual instrument and tray dimensions, normal batch contents, wrapping requirements and available processing space. Nominal capacity alone does not establish the permitted load or usable tray arrangement.
